With this credence, PRASTUTEE has been working assiduously on skill building of rural women and getting them into entrepreneurship mode to make them economically empowered which will result in consolidating their dignified positions in the family as well as community level. The key accomplishments in this aspect are:

• Facilitated and strengthen of Women’s Farmers Producer Group with 320 Shareholders
• Facilitate 60 Women Farmers Producer Groups in Koraput & Malkangiri District 
• 4000 Women Self Help Groups information digitised and ensure financial literacy and inclusion in 07 blocks of Koraput District 
• 150 women farmers are engaged in vegetable farming for ensure  nutrition in food basket
