   Ensuring a participatory development process in collaboration with all the stakeholders.

   Converging the Government programmes and schemes for the development of Deprived, Excluded and Vulnerable Communities.

   Building up and strengthening the network of the stakeholder’s institutions, Government agencies, statutory public bodies Civil Society organisations and Community Based organisations for resource mobilization and knowledge sharing.

   Disseminate information by promoting community resource centres at the micro-level.
