Strategies :
• Capacity building of the targeted community members to manage local resources for their socio-economic development.
• Enabling the vulnerable community for their rights and facilitating need-based self-supporting mechanisms.
• Ensuring a participatory development process in collaboration with all the stakeholders.
• Converging the Government programmes and schemes for the development of Deprived, Excluded and Vulnerable Communities
• Building up and strengthening the network of the stakeholder’s institutions, Government agencies, statutory public bodies Civil Society organisations and Community Based organisations for resource mobilization and knowledge sharing.
• Disseminate information by promoting community resource centres at the micro-level.

• Peoples’ led approach in the context of Governance – PRASTUTEE believes in facilitating and empowering the people to amplify the efforts in raising their concerns as well as getting the entitlements under the Govt. social security schemes and programmes through continuous interface and interaction with the duty bearers and service providers
• Programme approach in the context of sustainability – It focuses on the efficacy of the programmes, capacitating the local institutions to own the process, replications of the successful interventions, policy research & advocacy and knowledge sharing.
